Battle of Yellow Sea
The Battle of the Yellow Sea was a major naval engagement fought on August 10, 1904. In Russia, it is known as the Battle of August 10. In this battle the Japanese wisely broke up a form up with the left over ships from the attack on Port Arthur and ships from Vladivostok, a Siberian coastal city. The Japanese forced both fleets to remain in harbor as a result of this. Giving Japan another win for the battles.
